Shady Oaks Lake Orion

The homeowner purchased this lot on Lake Orion and came to us for a new build. This property was very challenging with the building envelope so small and tight that we had to go to the city and ask for a variance to get the house to fit on the lot. We were able to design a 3212 sq. ft. 3 bed room colonial house from scratch with another 707 sq. ft. finished lower level on the lot achieving everything on the homeowner’s wish list.
