Applewood Ct Rochester

This homeowner and started a vacant land search a few years ago, and we finally found her dream lot in Rochester Hills, but at the time it was owned by another builder, so I was able to contact that builder and we bought the lot from them. Then I designed this 2200 sq. ft. custom ranch with 3 bedrooms to fit on the property.
We started designing the home in the Spring and finished the house in 7 months just in time for the holidays.
